associated costs, continue to grow despite
the promise of the 'paper-less office.' All
companies produce, on a variety of output
devices, printed materials which include;
business documents, catalogues,
newsletters, statements, policy manuals,
directories and handbooks.
In most cases, the choice of output device (s)
(whether for an individual, department or
enterprise) has taken place without analysis
of applications, user needs, business
processes, productivity, security, network
overhead and on-going expenses.
