Step 1: Press the 123 button (usually located right hand side of panel)

Step 2: Make a note of totals 101 (A), 122 (J) & 123 (K)

Step 3: Telephone 0118 903 2202 or e-mail uk.billing@infotec.com stating clearly the 101 (A), 122 (J), 123 (K) totals & machine serial number
