Infotec to exhibit flagship high-volume digital production machines at Digital Print World
London, Berkshire, UK – October 2007 - Infotec, a leading provider of total document solutions and part of the Ricoh Family Group, will be exhibiting two of its flagship high-volume digital print production systems at this year’s Digital Print World. Visitors to stand number 225 will see the former Danka Europe business showcase the KODAK NEXPRESS 2100 plus, the award-winning digital production colour press, with a live demonstration of the KODAK NEXGLOSSER glossing unit; and also the Infotec IS 3135, an all-in-one, black & white production printer operating with Infotec’s web based print submission and workflow software, PrintTicket, and incorporating software from EFI.

Counting the cost of “DocuWaste” in Europe - the €9.1bn Gap

Danka Europe rebranded as Infotec
Theale, Berkshire, UK – 17 April 2006 – Following its acquisition by Ricoh, Danka Europe has today announced the change of its name to Infotec. With a 35-year heritage and a well-established European presence, Infotec has been the name of Danka’s products manufactured by Ricoh. Ricoh Europe’s acquisition of Danka was completed on January 31st 2007, encompassing Danka’s 12 European businesses that sell imaging and document technologies and provide multi-vendor after sales services and supplies, as well as Infotec International, Danka’s dealer channel in Europe.

Danka Announces Disposal of European Businesses
ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA (February 1, 2007) – Danka Business Systems PLC (NASDAQ: DANKY) is pleased to confirm that the disposal of its European businesses to Ricoh Europe B.V., which was announced on October 12, 2006 and approved by the Company’s shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on January 19, 2007, was completed on January 31, 2007.

ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA (January 19, 2007) – Danka Business Systems PLC (“Danka” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: DANKY) announced at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today the Resolution to approve the disposal of the Company’s European Businesses to Ricoh Europe B.V. (the “Disposal”), as detailed in the proxy statement to shareholders dated December 19, 2006, was passed by the Danka Shareholders.

Danka Business Systems PLC (“Danka” or the “Company”) Divestiture of European Businesses to Ricoh
The Board of Danka announced today that it has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Ricoh Europe B.V. (“Ricoh”) pursuant to which the Company will sell its European businesses to Ricoh for a purchase price of U.S. $210 million in cash, subject to certain adjustments, as described below.  The completion of the transaction is expected to take place on or around December 31, 2006, subject to a number of conditions, as described below.
